A triple-floor-height, barrel vaulted roof sits over the warehouse, and has 10% rooflights, which work alongside fenestration on the facade to allow for the space to have a degree of natural lighting. The roof is supported by hit and miss portal steel columns to provide a versatile, open plan, triple height storage space.
The two story office space has a single barrel roof, and offers an open plan flexible space at both levels. Thanks to plenty of fenestration and the long and slender profile of the plan natural light can penetrate right through to the back of the office space,
The site is adjacent to the hugely popular attraction, Xscape. As such the building is oriented so the feature entrance and most glazed facade is facing towards it, to create a more visually appealing environment and view into the site.
